How to start an Interceptor degug session in Postman

In older versions of Postman you could start an interceptor session from the footer.

Nowadays (ending of 2023) you can only start a proxy session from the footer.

To start an Interceptor debug session you must do it from the browser extension.

If the “Start Capture” button is disabled make sure you started the apps in the right order.

First the Postman app must be already started.

Then you can run the browser app.

Now the button must be already enabled.

You can also define some filters for the captured requests.

As some parts of their URLs.

Or the type of the requests.
